RETURNS POLICY

Effective September 3rd, 2019

A return authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item to Hydrofarm Canada.

A 15% Restocking fee will be applied on all “return to stock” items. Goods must be in original condition. No fees applied to warranty, defective or mis-shipped items.

There is a 6 month return window. Proof of purchase is required.

The Return Request Form is required for all returns. Return forms filled out incorrectly or missing forms will result in returns not being accepted, sent back or experience delays during processing.

Returns must be properly boxed and sealed with a copy of RMA number on each box.

For Fastest Possible Service:

 - Please verify that all products are under warranty.

 - Test all products prior to submitting form.

 - Fill out and submit the form digitally. Make sure all fields are filled out and have the correct information.

 - Provide invoice number of proof of purchase from Hydrofarm Canada.

 - Indicate reason for return with as much information as possible.

NOTE: Any action on these items will be determined at our discretion.

Please fill out the returns request form to start the process to return defective merchandise.

Email completed form attached as a PDF to: returns@hydrofarm.ca  (please save the document as RETURN_COMPANY_DATE) 

After we receive this completed form, we will email you an RMA confirmation that includes an RMA authorization number.
